Plug Connectors

EUCHNER Plug Connectors are offered in both Metal and Plastic versions. They are suitable for use in control and instrumentation circuits. Many versions are available to fit your needs. Plug connectors provide easy field connections between components and control circuitry. Mis-wiring is minimized by use of plug connectors. Very often installed labor costs can be reduced by using pre-wired devices.

Precision Multiple Limit Switches
In 1952, EUCHNER developed and introduced the world’s first Multiple Limit Switch. It was seen as a breakthrough in modern automation technology. Today, EUCHNER Precision Multiple Limit Switches are used for the control and positioning of all kinds of automated machinery and industrial equipment. Euchner offers a variety of plunger styles and housings including DIN versions to meet your design needs. Both horizontal and vertical plunger arrangements are available. Snap-action and slow-action switching elements can be specified. Positive break safety contacts and LED status indicators are also available, as well as exterior diaphragms designed to resist the effects of resinous cooling lubricants, fuels and hydraulic fluids. These switches are manufactured with high-grade materials and strict quality control to offer years of worry free operation. Our latest innovation, the RGCS, features a replaceable plunger head assembly to eliminate re-adjustment of the switch during servicing. This reduces downtime and replacement costs.

Inductive Sensors

EUCHNER offers Inductive Limit Switches that are Non-Contact sensors used for the control and monitoring of Machinery and Industrial Equipment. The switch detects metal as it passes, causing actuation. The robust design allows our Inductive Sensors to be used as an alternative to mechanical switches in extreme conditions. EUCHNER offers various mounting profiles to fit your application. These are available in single inductive limit switches in different sizes and housings and in multiple inductive limit switches with various different housings.

Trip Dogs and Rails

EUCHNER Trip Dogs (Cams) and Trip Rails (Cam Trays) are used to actuate mechanical and inductive limit switches. The trip rail is mounted to a moving member and the trip dogs are fastened to the rail. The assembly moves as the machine member moves, thus causing switch actuation. EUCHNER offers a wide variety of trip dogs and trip rails to fit your applications..
