Original Line® Hole Punch

The hole punch cylinder features permanent grease lubrication. Design enhancements have more than doubled the anticipated service life of this cylinder, designed with a 1″ stroke and includes a hardened steel cutter available in 7 different diameters. These cylinders are designed to punch millions of holes in thin poly material (3 mil thickness or less).

Original Line® Rod Lock

The “Blue and Improved” The Original Line® Rod Lock cylinder feature permanent grease lubrication. Design enhancements have more than doubled the anticipated service life of this cylinder, featuring a biased normally closed clamp on the piston rod that holds the rod in position when air pressure is not present.

Original Line® Z-Line

The “Blue and Improved” Original Line® Z-Line cylinder feature permanent grease lubrication. Design enhancements have more than double the anticipated service life of this cyclinder, designed for extremely tough applications. This robust design features larger diameter, two piece piston rods that include a removable hardened rod stud.

Design enhancements have more than doubled the anticipated service life of these cylinders, which are perfect solutions for applications in food processing, packaging, medical, pharmaceutical, or marine industries where wash down solutions and corrosives are present.

This cylinder features acetal resin end caps, stainless steel rods and stainless steel bodies. They’re ideal for applications in environments requiring exposure to moisture, lubricants and specific solvents.

Space Saver®

Space Saver® cylinders provide the power and stroke of standard cylinders in less than half the space. They are ideal for use in machinery where space and weight are at a premium, and cost up to 50% less than standard models. They are built to last using oil impregnated sintered bronze rod bearings and hard coated cylinder bores that eliminate scoring.

Flat-I® Multiple Position

The Bimba multiple position FOP Flat-I® is a double acting, single rod end cylinder that provides three positions with just one cylinder. When air is supplied to Port 1, the cylinder extends to position 1. When air is supplied to Port 2, the cylinder extends to position 2. When air is supplied to Port 3, the cylinder is fully retracted.

Flat-I® Multiple Power

Bimba F02, F03, and F04 series Flat-I® cylinders are double acting, single end rod cylinders that multiply the force output by supplying air to multiple pistons on extension. They save space and eliminate the need for a higher pressure system. Only one piston is powered on the return stroke, saving air volume and operating costs.

Square Flat-II® Non-Rotating
Square Flat-II® non-rotating, double acting cylinders provide the answer to applications where rotation cannot be tolerated. Non-rotation is achieved with dual piston rods and a rod end block that insures the rods work in tandem. This design eliminates the need for any type of external alignment devices and the square end caps allow for bottom flush or face mounting.

Flat-II® Non-Rotating
Flat-II® cylinders are ideal in applications where rotation is prohibited and space is minimal. Non-rotation is achieved using dual piston rods and a rod end block that ensures the rods work in tandem. The Flat-II® eliminates the need for external alignment devices, such as guides, rods, and alignment posts or pins.

Square Flat-I®
Square Flat-I® series cylinders are a convenient alternative for horizontal and side mounting, with provisions for both bottom flush, or face mounting. This design also minimizes the centerline distance when cylinders are mounted side by side. With a variety of stroke lengths and options available, you can customize these cylinders to your application needs.

You can create a 3-Position cylinder from any single stage series of cylinder (Note: not available on multi-stage products). 3-Position cylinders simplify machine designs by eliminating the need for an additional cylinder to create a third position. They reduce space and the cost to mount multiple cylinders.

Back to Back
You can mix and match any series of cylinder together to create a “back to back” design. They must have the same bore size, and will be built as one unit that utilizes common tie-rods. Mounts include a full range of base, tie-rod, and head or cap trunnions for pivot mounting, or multiple mounts. Back to back cylinders provide positive “hard” stop positioning.

FM Series with Rod Lock
FM series rod lock cylinders give superior locking forces that are rated highest in the industry. They are designed to bolt on to the FM series cylinders, allowing for easy maintenance. Rod lock cylinders are commonly used in applications that require emergency stops (E-STOP), intermediate stroke positioning, “drop” prevention, and precise holding applications.

Flush Mount Rod Lock
Flush Mount
FM series cylinders are one of the most versatile cylinders on the market. They feature (4) tapped holes at each end and flush sleeve nut construction at head end. FM series mounting kits convert the basic cylinder to rear pivot or flange mount, so they can be used in different applications by simply changing the mount.

Interchangeable with many older style NFPA manufacturers’ cylinders out in the field

Tough Duty
TD cylinders feature bumper piston seals, reducing machine vibration and allowing higher velocities to be achieved while reducing noise. Standard fixed cushions provide tamper free operation and guarantee cushion function at the end of each full stroke. A PTFE piston wear band providing low friction and long life operation in demanding applications is also standard.

The TD Tough-Duty series can be further customized by adding additional options

IntelliSense® Pressure/Temperature Sensor
The IntelliSense® Pressure and Temperature sensor is a smart sensor that uses proprietary communication protocols to connect to an IntelliSense® SIM. Providing pressure readings every millisecond and temperature readings every second, the sensor can detect changes in performance as they happen.
