The Signet 2536 sensors are offered in a variety of materials for a wide range of pipe sizes and insertion configurations. The many material choices including PP and PVDF make this model highly versatile and chemically compatible to many liquid process solutions. Sensors can be installed in DN15 to DN900 (½ to 36 in.) pipes using Signet’s comprehensive line of custom fittings. These custom fittings, which include tees, saddles, and weldolets, seat the sensor to the proper insertion depth into the process flow. The sensors are also offered in configurations for wet-tap installation requirements.

Level Switch Model K–5720 is exclusively designed to monitor level of conductive & non-conductive liquids, such as chemicals, lubricating oil, compressor seal oil, water.The level is sensed by a PTC thermistor, which isto be fixed in the vessel or lube oil tank or sump at a location where the presence or absence of the medium in terms of level is to be monitored.When the tank is filled up, the level sensor is in contact with the liquid, and exhibits a low resistance, so the relay is in ‘OFF’ condition.When the liquid level goes down, the sensor is exposed to air and exhibits high resistance, switching the relay ‘ON’.When the liquid level is restored back to the required normal level and encompasses the sensor, its resistance once again reduces. The relay returns to the normal status automatically. An optional manual reset facility can be provided to restore the relay to its normal status. This feature ensures that the operating personnel confirm the availabilityof the liquid, while running an equipment.Status indicating LEDs are provided for Power ‘ON’ condition Red and Relay ‘ON’, absence of medium,Yellow.A 2 core cable of 2 metres length is provided withsensor as standard. Flanged Valve Manifolds to
M3VM20 series of valve manifolds (“H” type manifolds) consist of two block (shut off) valves and one equalizing valve. These manifolds are flanged on both sides for mounting directly to D.P. transmitters having 54mm (2-18″) center to center connections. Any other center to center distance also available on special order.

The oval flanges supplied with the D.P. transmitters are used on the process side of these manifolds for piping connection. This model provides easy installation and comes complete with found mounting bolts and two PTFE “O” rings for ready installation. Two nos. 1/4″ NPT (F) purge connections are standards with these units.

The M5VM1E10 series valve manifolds we offer have been designed for mounting directly on the D.P. transmitter having 54mm (2-1/8″) center to center distance. These valves consist of two block valves, one equalizing valve and two separate vent valves for purging of the high and low pressure sides.

On the process two 1/2″ NPT connections are provided for tubing / piping into the process taps. This model comes complete with four mounting bolts and two PTFE “O” rings for ready installation.
